How We Can Help You

Although it may not seem like it at the time - depression and seemingly living on adrenaline due to the pressures of living with bad debt can make things seem much darker than they are in reality - we know (going on long experience) that there is a way out of debt. We have literally hundreds of genuine testimonials (which you are quite welcome to take a look at when we visit you, or you, us) from grateful ex-debtors, all of whom would have felt just as you do now. A very small selection rotate through at the base of most pages on this website.

We can take you through all the options available and advise you on which one we feel is right for you. However, at the end of the day, the choice will be yours; we'll advise you on which path to take, but will not force you down any path if you feel it's not the right one for your particular circumstances.

What makes us different from other debt management providers in the marketplace?

In any marketplace such as the one we operate in, you are seen as easy prey by predators out to make money out of you. They are not so much concerned about your well being, but about their own. We are trusted by the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association (SSAFA Forces Help, Kent Branch) and also the Ministry of Defence (MoD) to offer debt advice to both serving and ex-personnel. That is a hard won contract that we would not want to put into jeopardy by gaining a reputation for shoddy or immoral practice. So, you can rest assured that we will put your interests first.

What many (read most) debt advice companies will try to force you to do is to either take a consolidation loan, an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA), Trust Deed (Scotland only), a debt management scheme or even bankruptcy. Why? Because, for each of those, they make money. We promise not to shoehorn you into an arrangement that doesn't suit your circumstances, unless it actually is the best solution for you. Fair enough?

All our advice is friendly, non-judgemental, confidential and free where at all possible. We have no interest in making your situation worse for you; as we gain the bulk of our business through word of mouth recommendation (outside of that work provided by SSAFA and the MoD) we would soon be out of business if that was the case.

Many other debt advisors are specialists in one route, i.e. IVAs, and unable to offer the most appropriate solutions. We offer a full range of solutions, including:

  • Equity Release
  • Full and Final Settlement
  • Remortgage
  • Trust Deed (as a last resort)
  • Debt Management Plan (as a last resort)
  • Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) (as a last resort)
  • Bankruptcy (as a last resort)
  • Consolidation Loan (Sorry, this one is not offered, it generally makes things worse for you.)

We naturally hope to guide you out of your debt problems without the need for a formal solution - and that is the purpose of this website. If it's too much to take in, call us on 0845 466 0364, click the buttons provided to arrange a call back, use our online Live Help centre or use one of the various forms to be found on our pages.

We CAN help. We have proved it on too many occasions to be less than confident about that.
