Wellbeing Services was established in 1997 and is licensed by the office of fair trading to provide free and confidential advice on debt management plans for individuals and families.

Are your outgoings are more than your income and your creditors are threatening you with- default notices, bailiffs, solicitors, debt collectors, court summons, attachment of earnings.

If you can answer yes to any of the above then a debt management plan may be the solution. A debt management plan will remove the stress and worry that comes with being in debt and thus help you to get back to a position of normality.

We will act on your behalf and negotiate lower repayments with all of your creditors. In some instances this could reduce your outgoings by as much as 90 per cent. We will also request that interest be frozen on every account.

All you have to do is make affordable monthly payments to our client account and we will do the rest. The monthly payment that you make is agreed in advance of setting up the debt management plan. It is based on what you can realistically afford to pay your creditors, after taking in to account your total household expenditure.

We will also continue to act in your best interests by:

  • Paying all your creditors the agreed sum on a monthly basis.
  • Carrying out regular reviews of your financial situation as required by your creditors or yourself.
  • Liaising with your creditors and yourself on any matter arising out of the debt management plan.
  • Forwarding to you regular statements of your account.

On completion of the debt management plan your liability is discharged in full.
